corpsys.desk connects service requests, monitoring and local AI. Suggested replies and next steps draw on available information. Capabilities depend on connected sources, licensing and configuration.
Map the request before automating it
Trace one ordinary request before deployment. Where does it originate? Who takes ownership? What happens if information is missing? What qualifies as resolution? Without these answers, AI simply makes an unclear process move faster.
Distinguish receipt from resolution. An automatic acknowledgement can tell a customer that their message has arrived. It should not imply that someone has already established the cause or fixed the problem.
A draft reply is not a final decision
For the first pilot, choose one group of recurring questions. Give each an approved procedure and a responsible person. Check whether a draft uses current information, preserves important conditions and avoids promising deadlines the team cannot meet.
- Decide which responses a support operator may approve independently.
- Refer sensitive or unusual cases to a colleague with the appropriate authority.
- Track the reasons for corrections, not just the number of completed requests.
- Maintain the procedures used to prepare answers.
Verify the result of an operational action
Example workflow: alert → ownership → diagnosis → approval → another check. This is a suggested operating process, not a promise to resolve every outage automatically.
Define success for each step. Sending a command does not establish that the service has recovered. After an intervention, also check whether a user can complete the task the service exists to support. If that fails, the next owner and escalation route should be clear.
Local AI still needs a map of external connections
Core AI processing can run on a dedicated server or NVIDIA DGX Spark. Email, external APIs and optional Corpilus Shield connections have separate data-transfer rules. Local processing therefore does not mean that the entire system is disconnected from the internet.
Before a pilot, list the connections, required permissions and owners of access credentials. In team training, practise both a correct proposal and a case where AI lacks enough information. That teaches people how to handle decisions, rather than just an interface.
